The Clutch Pack is Set onto DT-50905 Air Travel Fixture and the Assembly placed in counter Bore bottom plate of DT-50900. This flattens the Pack Assembly and forces out any Air trapped between discs backing plates. Different Clutch Pack assemblies require different Loads. The DT-50903 Load Gauge is used with the DT-50900 Clutch Travel Support Fixture to apply various Pressures on Pack assemblies for checks and selective backing plate determination.

The J-8001 Dial Indicator is positioned on the Clutch Pack Input Shaft and Set to zero. The DT-50900 Forcing Screw is turned until the Pressure Gauge reads proper Load for Clutch Pack Assembly. Calibration This product includes a Gauge or Measuring device that may require periodic calibration to ensure proper function. The Travel dimension shown on the Dial Indicator is checked and compared to ESI specification.
