Borroughs began as a specialty tool manufacturer for Oldsmobile and later other GM divisions, 5 decades from 1949 through the early nineties, in competition with Kent Moore; they now manufacture storage equipment. BT-142 was first issued in 1958 and modified to BT-142-M 1964, carried Borroughs catalogs through 1982, then by incorporating another change become the BT-3554 bender you see here, sometime between 1982 -83, as late 1988, BOTH BT-142M BT-3554, for use on all Rochester dual float carbs built 1961 later.
